By accessing or using the Zovi Shop website (www.zovishop.com), mobile application, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, you may not access our Platform.
Note: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Buyer," "Seller") and Zovi Shop Technologies Private Limited ("Zovi Shop," "we," "us," "our").
You may use our Platform only if:
You are at least 18 years old
You are competent to enter into a legally binding contract
You are not barred from receiving services under Indian law
You are not a convicted offender in financial fraud cases
You provide accurate and complete registration information
Buyer: User purchasing pre-owned electronic devices
Seller: User selling pre-owned electronic devices
Device: Used mobiles, laptops, cameras, tablets, smartwatches, or other electronics
Listing: Product advertisement posted by Seller
Transaction: Successful purchase/sale through Zovi Shop
Z-Check: Our 21-point quality inspection process
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and promptly update account details
Use a valid mobile number and email address
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
We reserve the right to disable accounts violating these Terms
Provide accurate device description, specifications, and condition
Upload clear, original photos showing all angles and defects
Disclose any modifications, repairs, or water damage
Provide original IMEI/serial numbers
Price devices fairly based on market value
You may NOT sell:
Stolen or lost devices
Counterfeit/replica products
Devices with outstanding loans/EMIs
Blacklisted/blocked IMEI devices
Devices with illegal content
Non-functional/beyond-repair devices (unless listed as "For Parts")
List Device: Create accurate listing
Receive Offer: Buyer makes offer/accepts price
Quality Check: Device undergoes Z-Check at our hub
Verification: We verify against your listing
Payment: Released within 24 hours of successful verification
Ensure device matches listing description
Include all accessories mentioned
Perform factory reset and remove accounts
Package device securely for pickup
No device substitution after sale agreement
Browse: View device listings with transparent details
Inspect: Check photos, specifications, and condition reports
Purchase: Make payment through secure gateways
Receive: Device delivered after Z-Check verification
Inspect: 6-hour window to report discrepancies
Receive device matching listed description
Get disclosed accessories (charger, cables, etc.)
Basic functionality warranty as specified
Return rights for significant mismatch (see Section 9)
Verify device specifications before purchase
Provide accurate delivery address
Make timely payment
Inspect device upon delivery
Use device legally and responsibly
Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹)
Include GST as applicable
Shipping costs are clearly displayed
We reserve right to correct pricing errors

No Cash on Delivery for security reasons
Sellers: 5-12% commission based on device category
Buyers: No additional fees beyond device price and shipping
Every device undergoes:
Physical inspection for damage
Functionality test of all features
IMEI/Serial number verification
Battery health assessment
Performance benchmarking
Data wiping verification
Pass: Device matches listing → Proceed to buyer
Minor Discrepancy: Price renegotiation suggested
Major Discrepancy: Transaction cancelled, device returned to seller at seller's cost
Buyers may return within 6 hours if:
Device doesn't match listing description
Undisclosed defects found
Wrong device/accessories received
Not as shown in photos
Non-Returnable Conditions:
Buyer's change of mind
Minor cosmetic differences
Performance expectations not met
After 6-hour inspection window
Initiated within 24 hours of return approval
Refunded to original payment method
Processing time: 5-7 business days
Basic Warranty: 7 days for functionality issues
Extended Warranty: Optional purchase available
Warranty Excludes: Accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, cosmetic issues
We partner with verified logistics providers
Insurance covered for all shipments
Tracking details shared via SMS/email
Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days
Failed deliveries: 2 reattempts
Unclaimed packages: Returned after 7 days
Lost/damaged in transit: Replaced or refunded
